PDC Qualifying School remains planned for February despite England’s national lockdown

PDC Qualifying School remains planned to go ahead in February in Milton Keynes and Niedernhausen simultaneously despite England’s national lockdown.

The tournament usually takes place in January, but was recently delayed by a month in response to heightened restrictions being imposed across the continent.

Q School will now take place in two stages from February 8-17 in England and Germany simultaneously, with Stage One happening from February 8-13 and Stage Two between February 14-17.

Stage One, which is open to all players, will be held in two blocks where needed due to relatively high entry numbers and social distancing being paramount in these current times.

The eventual winners will subsequently advance to the second stage – where they will be joined by players who have recently lost their tour cards and the top 16 on both the Challenge and Development Tours.

Players will be allocated randomly to one of two three-day blocks, and are advised to make flexible or cancellable travel bookings if making plans at this time.
