PDC Summer Series: Draw revealed for Players Championship 11 in Milton Keynes

The draw has been revealed for Players Championship 11 at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes as the PDC Summer Series resumes on Friday.

128 players will return to the oche inside the ‘bubble’ environment in Milton Keynes, with strict regulations in place throughout the tournament.

Michael van Gerwen and Ryan Joyce have shared the spoils thus far, with the Summer Series now in full flow and reaching its midway point on Friday afternoon.

Day One winner Van Gerwen will commence his campaign against veteran Alan Tabern, while shock winner Ryan Joyce faces Darren Webster in the first round.

Top seed Gerwyn Price will lock horns with reigning world youth champion Luke Humphries in a mouth-watering affair, as world champion Peter Wright takes on Matt Clark.

Poland’s Krzysztof Ratajski, who is seeded number three, will be looking to bounce back from a third round exit as he takes on Joe Murnan, while three-time world champion Glen Durrant faces Gavin Carlin.

Premier League stars Gary Anderson, Rob Cross, Nathan Aspinall, Daryl Gurney and Michael Smith are also included in a strong field of contenders in Milton Keynes.

Scotland’s Ryan Hogarth will make his Summer Series debut on Friday afternoon after the Challenge Tour regular received an invitation following the withdrawal of Eddie Lovely due to family reasons.

Play is scheduled to commence in the £75,000 tournament from 12pm in Milton Keynes, with the action streamed via PDC TV and numerous bookmaker’s websites.
